Trillium Lamb would not exist without Newmarket Meat Packers. The Catalyst that started it all, they have been with us since the beginning. A desire to source a consistent supply of quality Ontario Lamb for their high-end customers led them to seek out local farmers with a similar mindset. The result has been a long-term relationship of respect and trust that has been formed over the years.

Rebuilt from the ground up after a fire, the Zammini Family has created an excellent facility to supply both their existing stores in Scarborough and the newly opened one in Lindsay. Trillium Lamb is proud to be able to supply quality local lamb for these local stores.
